1. General Provisions

mb33 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("user", "you") and mb33. These Terms apply to all services, websites, mobile platforms, and related digital services offered by mb33 in the Bangladesh market.

3. Account Registration & Verification

When opening an account at mb33, you must provide accurate and genuine information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.1 Identity Verification

mb33 may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof related to your bank account or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address

Withdrawals or certain other activities may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as address, contact number, or email), please inform our support team as soon as possible. mb33 will not be responsible for transaction issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4. Account Security & Privacy

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with anyone.

• If you notice any unauthorized access or unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for any transactions carried out on your account by a third party.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

mb33 is not liable for losses caused by third-party account access, but we will always cooperate to help minimize any potential damage.

5. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

mb33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via any method
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• You must use your own mobile financial or bank account when making a deposit.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests go through mb33's verification process. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements for that bonus have not been met.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at mb33 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total of ৳22,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after ৳40,000 in bets have been placed.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once — multiple claims on the same bonus are not allowed.
• mb33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• mb33 reserves the right to investigate accounts and forfeit bonuses if bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Multiple accounts, the same IP address, or multiple members of the same household may not use the same bonus.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on mb33 are operated on fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the relevant game interface.

7.2 Sports Betting

mb33 offers betting on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please keep the following in mind:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with mb33's established rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mb33 reserves the right to restore the correct odds or void the bet.

• Managing an account on behalf of a minor or assisting them in participating in gaming.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by mb33

mb33 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or concern about money laundering.
• Involvement in any of the activities listed under prohibited activities.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. If bonus requirements have not been met at the time of closure, the bonus balance will be cancelled; however, any remaining portion of the original deposit will be returned.

11. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content on the mb33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, algorithms, and databases — is the intellectual property of mb33 or its software partners. Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from mb33 is strictly prohibited.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Scraping or automated data collection from any part of the website is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mb33 is not liable for:

• Disruption to games or betting caused by internet disconnection, technical errors, or third-party software issues.
• Problems with your own device or internet connection.
• Losses arising from your account details being disclosed to a third party (if this was the result of your own negligence).

13. Changes to Terms
